Fast Food in China

These little carts are China's answer to the taco stands on the corners in the US.  They are usually only open during the rush hours in the morning and evening.  Some of them might be open during the lunch hour, but this one isn't.  It is right outside by the place I work and is very busy in the mornings when I arrive.  I think they are a great idea because they have a little more protection for the cooks.  I haven't eaten in one yet - I'm not sure I will.  The students get something for breakfast there quite often, and nobody has died or even gotten sick.  Maybe one of these days when I am feeling brave, I will try something.  I guess if I can eat snails, I can probably eat something from this little stand.
